Honematic Machine Corporation’s Quality Policy is to maintain effective systems, standards, and quality procedures that conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and to ensure that all items and services satisfy the requirements of our customer’s orders and contracts.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to provide feedback to our machinists and engineers evaluating process integrity. Complete inspection and test facilities are maintained on a rigid calibration schedule. Special air, electronic, and ultrasonic test equipment, along with borescope scanning are used to assure precise hollow components. Facilities to perform functional operation and testing of components and completed assemblies are available. The Q.C. system has been approved by agencies of the U.S. Government, and many leading Canadian and U.S. firms. We are an ISO 9001:2000 registered Corporation.
