Long bed machines, equipped with high pressure coolant systems, allow complete flexibility for deep hole drilling and boring. These machines, coupled with "Ejector Heads" and Honematic design "Concentric Drills," allow machining of long bores with a remarkable degree of straightness. Custom built machinery is used for gun drilling long holes in large irregular work pieces. We can also drill holes in 120" X 120" plates. Our machines can drill holes from .25" diameter up to 7" in diameter with lengths in excess of 300".
